Travel Itinerary Consulting Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the provision of travel itinerary consulting services by Travelling History Inc. to clients.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the services of Travelling History Inc., the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated or amended periodically, and it is the responsibility of the client to review them regularly.

2. Services Offered

Travelling History Inc. offers travel itinerary consulting services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Crafting personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
  • Providing recommendations for accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client acknowledges and agrees to the following responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate and detailed information about travel preferences, dates, budget constraints, and any special requirements.
  • Reviewing the proposed itinerary and providing feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Making timely payments for the consulting services rendered by Travelling History Inc.
  • Using suggested links to make all bookings or reservations associated with the trip, including but not limited to: transportation, accommodation, activities, tours entertainment and dining.
  • Keeping themselves informed of any changes to bookings or reservations.
  • Obtaining all visas and requirements for entry to the destination country or countries.
  • Obtaining all travel insurance required.

4. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees for travel itinerary consulting services will be communicated to the client prior to engagement. Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the itinerary and the extent of services requested by the client.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for consulting services must be made in full prior to the commencement of work by Travelling History Inc.. Payment methods and schedules will be outlined in the proposal provided to the client.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made by the client after the commencement of work by Travelling History Inc. are not eligible for a refund.

7. Liability

While Travelling History Inc. will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the travel itinerary, the client acknowledges that ultimate responsibility for travel decisions and experiences rests with them. Travelling History Inc. shall not be liable for any losses, damages, inconveniences or expenses incurred as a result of actions taken or decisions made based on the provided itinerary. Travelling History Inc. shall also not be liable for any changes that need made to bookings or reservations prior to or during the trip.

8. Confidentiality

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Email address
  • Name

Travelling History Inc. agrees to keep all client information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of providing travel itinerary consulting services. Client information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Agreement

By engaging the services of Travelling History Inc., the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
